容預勝進，而即別起。非容預者，以彼後品加行、無間、解脫三道為勝進道。《對法》說故，違意可知。

If there is leisure, the [path of] excellence arises separately. If there is no leisure, it takes the three paths of preparation, non-interruption, and liberation of that subsequent grade as the path of excellence. Because the Abhidharmasamuccaya states this, the contradiction in intention can be understood.
