顯此論說二乘勝進。言「或總」者，同彼《對法》後品三道，皆前勝進。

This reveals that this Treatise speaks of the excellence of the two vehicles. The word "or generally" is identical to those three paths of the subsequent grade in the Abhidharmasamuccaya, which are all the excellence of the preceding.
