顯所知障而不可說上、下自、他斷差別也，以非相應、所緣等縛，不同惑障。

This shows that regarding the cognitive hindrance, one cannot speak of differences of higher or lower, self or other severance, because it is not binding by conjoined association, cognitive object, or the like, unlike the affliction hindrance.
