「此」言，即此所知障也。言「非潤生」、「非縛法」者，顯異煩惱，故在上、下隨斷下、上，理無有違。

The word "this" means this cognitive hindrance itself. The phrases "does not moisten rebirth" and "is not a binding phenomenon" show that it is different from affliction; therefore, being in the higher or lower, accordingly severing the lower or higher, does not contradict reason.
