以所知障類同煩惱斷有次第。故所知障六七相望亦成四句。四句作法同煩惱說。但易其名思可知也。

Because the cognitive hindrance by analogy with affliction has a gradual sequence of severance, when the sixth and seventh [consciousnesses] in cognitive hindrance are correlated with each other, they also form four permutations. The formulation of the four permutations is the same as explained for affliction; one can understand it simply by changing the terms and reflecting.
