即《顯揚論》十八中云：「謂非擇滅等四種離繫者：謂緣差脫畢竟離繫；簡擇煩惱究竟離繫；苦樂繫時離繫；心、心法暫時離繫。」

Namely, as stated in the Prakaraṇāryavācā, fascicle eighteen: "Regarding the four kinds of separation from fetters, such as apratisaṃkhyā-nirodha: separation from fetters by complete deficiency of conditions; ultimate separation from fetters by analytical discrimination of defilements; separation from fetters at the time of being bound by suffering and pleasure; and temporary separation from fetters of citta and caitta."
