問：《瑜伽論》七十九云地前菩薩不生淨土，《攝論》亦云生淨土者是別時意。如何今云化居淨土為未登地菩薩等耶？

Question: The Yogācārabhūmi, fascicle seventy-nine, states that bodhisattvas prior to the stages are not born into pure lands, and the Mahāyānasaṃgraha also states that [the teaching on] being born into a pure land has an implicit intention regarding a different time. Why does it say here that the manifestation dwells in a pure land for the sake of bodhisattvas who have not yet ascended the stages, and so forth?
