無性《攝論》第九云：轉染污末那故，得平等性智。由此安住無住涅槃，大慈大悲恒與相應，能隨所樂現佛影像。又云：「妙觀察智具足一切陀羅尼門、三摩地門，猶如寶藏，於大會中能現一切自在作用，能斷諸疑能雨法雨。」又云：成所作智普於十方一切世界能現變化，八相成道，能現住持一切有情利樂事故。

Asvabhāva's [commentary on the] Mahāyānasaṃgraha, fascicle nine, states: Because the defiled manas is transformed, one attains the gnosis of equality. Through this, one abides in non-abiding nirvāṇa, is constantly associated with great love and great compassion, and can manifest images of the Buddha according to what is wished for. It also says: "The gnosis of sublime observation is fully equipped with all dhāraṇī-doors and samādhi-doors, like a treasure house; within the great assembly it can manifest all masterly functions, can sever all doubts, and can rain down the rain of Dharma." It also says: The gnosis of accomplishing activities can manifest transformations everywhere in all worlds of the ten directions, achieve awakening through the eight aspects, and manifest the maintenance of all beneficial and joyful affairs for sentient beings.
