答：非情已是心等相分，云何復令有心相現？若心相現則名有情，非非情攝。是故化心但有二種。

Answer: Non-sentient things are already the nimitta-bhāga of the mind and so forth; how could they further be made to have mental marks appear? If mental marks appear, then it is called a sentient being and is not subsumed under non-sentient things. Therefore, transformed minds are of two kinds only.
