述曰：下第二段。梵云：筏有二義：一云如；二云有。今取如，不取有。為簡於有，故作斯說。復有義者。梵云：捺落迦，此云苦器，即是地獄。顯如那落迦，受地獄苦者，非如彼器，說「如地獄」。

Commentary: Below is the second section. In Sanskrit, *vat* has two meanings: one is "like", and the second is "existing". Here "like" is taken, not "existing". To exclude "existing", it speaks this way. There is another explanation: in Sanskrit, *naraka* is translated here as "vessel of suffering", which is hell. It indicates that just as in Naraka those who undergo hellish suffering, not like that vessel [itself], it says "like hell."
