答：心之所有，恒依心起，與心相應，繫屬於心，故名心所，如王有臣，人有財等。
Answer: Belonging to the mind, constantly arising in dependence on the mind, associated with the mind, and bound to the mind, it is therefore called a mental factor—just as a king has ministers, or a person has wealth, and so forth.
