述曰：此論主難。「若爾」者，釋頌第四句，「聚不異」言聚應無二，釋「無二」言。「爾」者，此牒彼計。若聚不異極微，則應聚色無影、障二，即極微故，猶如極微。

Commentary: This is the author's objection. "If so" explains "the aggregate is not different [from paramāṇus]" in the fourth line of the verse. "The aggregate should lack both" explains the words "neither exists." "So" refers to their position: if the aggregate is not different from paramāṇus, then aggregated form should lack both shadow and obstruction, because it is identical to paramāṇus, just like paramāṇus.
