述曰：此論主徵。隨其經部，或薩婆多，或吠世師，若假若實，汝今與我應共審思。汝此所說諸外色等，眼等五境青等實性，為體是一？為體是多？此為二問。

Commentary: This is the author's investigation: "Whether according to the Sautrāntika, Sarvāstivāda, or Vaiśeṣika, whether conventional or real, you and I should now carefully investigate together: are these various external forms and the like you speak of—the five objects of the eye and the like, the real natures of blue and the like—one in substance? Or many in substance?" These are the two inquiries.
