述曰：此第二難。若執是一，且如手執無隔障物，無有一法一時之中，此邊、彼邊，有手至、未至。

Commentary: This is the second difficulty. If held to be one, then just as when the hand grasps an object without intervening obstructions, there would be no single phenomenon in which, at one and the same time, between this side and that side, there is the hand reaching and not reaching.
