述曰：此敘經部、新薩婆多正理師義。經部師說：多極微和合；正理師說：多極微和集。
The Commentary says: This relates the doctrines of the Sautrāntikas and the Neo-Sarvāstivāda Nyāyānusāra masters. The Sautrāntika masters say: multiple paramāṇus in combination (saṃhatāḥ); the Nyāyānusāra masters say: multiple paramāṇus in aggregation (saṃcitāḥ).
