述曰：自下破執，於中有三：初假問起；次敘外執；後正破之。此假問也，體例如前。

The Commentary says: From here below is the refutation of grasping, which has three parts: first, a hypothetical question introduces it; next, the opponent's view is stated; finally, it is directly refuted. This is the hypothetical question, following the same pattern as before.
