此乃色心分位，蓋依前三法一分、一位假立得等之名。以行法有二，此簡非心，所以立其名。此總標章，下乃別列：

These are states of form and mind. They are nominally established under names such as acquisition based on a portion or a state of the previous three types of dharmas. Because conditioning dharmas are of two kinds, this distinguishes them from mental [conditioning factors]; therefore this name is established. This generally marks the section; below they are separately listed:
