解云：「何故第四明心不相應？謂不相應無別有體，總是假立，於前色心、及心所有法三法之上分位差別，假施設有，是故第四明心不相應。」

The commentary states: "Why are citta-viprayukta-saṃskāra-dharmas explained fourth? The unassociated factors have no separate substantial entity; they are all provisionally posited, being nominally designated upon the distinctions of states among the preceding three dharmas of rūpa, citta, and caitta-dharmas. Therefore citta-viprayukta-saṃskāras are explained fourth."
