1.41

解云：「忿貪俱意緣，是故法處攝，長等非眼見，故非色處收。如色塵中作此分別，乃至觸塵分別隨義應知。

The commentary states: "Both anger and greed are cognized by the mind (manas), and are therefore subsumed under the base of mental objects; long and short are not seen by the eye, and are therefore not included in the base of visual form. As this distinction is made for visual objects, distinctions up through tactile objects should be understood accordingly."
