解云：「此之二數，雖望念、定、慧三，非五根攝，為障是稍輕，若望遍行，還是其重。故《瑜伽論》以此二數為障義重，得入隨煩惱中。」

The explanation is: "Although these two factors are not subsumed under the five faculties when compared to smṛti, samādhi, and prajñā, their function as hindrances is somewhat lighter; yet when compared to the sarvatragas, they are still grave. Therefore, the Yogācārabhūmi, because these two factors function gravely as hindrances, admits them into the upakleśas."
