三、勸物應知者，以是要妙精粹之法，唯是聰明勝智慧者之所能知，是故勸彼勝人如次應知。

Third, on admonishing sentient beings that they should understand: because this is an essential, subtle, and pure teaching, it is only capable of being known by those who are intelligent and possess supreme wisdom; therefore it admonishes those superior persons that they should know it in due order.
