1.26

In the first [purpose]: first, it may pay homage solely to the Dharma Jewel, because the general and specific essence and capability of the bodhicitta are the Dharma Jewel; second, it may also extend to paying homage to the Buddha Jewel, because the fruit of the dharmakāya that is attained is the Buddha Jewel; third, it may possess all Three Jewels, because the bodhicitta properly belongs to the bodhisattva in the causal stage, the dharmakāya attained is the fruit of buddhahood, and the Dharma is present in both causes and results.
