述曰：顯成三相，如上所說，生顯二因皆具三相，故成正因。義應一一皆准前作，若遍若闕。

The Commentary states: Showing the fulfillment of the three characteristics. As stated above, both reasons, produced and manifested, possess the three characteristics, and therefore constitute valid reasons. In meaning, each should be treated according to the preceding, whether pervasive or deficient.
