依長者殿仰，以明詮點為本，重以愚案點三卷疏。此卷始自仁平四年正月十六日至于二月十四日二十七日讀了，字點有誤者改直了。

In accordance with the command of the Elder Lord, taking Myōsen's punctuated text as the basis, I have again punctuated the three fascicles of the commentary with my humble opinion. Reading this fascicle began on the sixteenth day of the first month of the fourth year of Ninpei [1154 CE] and was finished on the twenty-seventh day of the second month, the fourteenth day; erroneous characters and punctuation were corrected.
