述曰：此釋義也。謂但言所作性故，譬如瓶等有所作性及無常性，不以之成所作成無常。

Commentary: This explains the meaning. It means merely stating 'because of the nature of being produced, for example a pot etc. has the nature of being produced and the nature of impermanence,' without using this to establish that being produced establishes impermanence.
