簡有二重：一、簡似同，云似異中。二、簡自五，以似異中過有五種，先明所立不遣。似異法中所立不遣者，即牒也。

The delimitation is twofold: First, delimiting from the pseudo-homogeneous, by saying 'among pseudo-heterogeneous [examples]'. Second, delimiting from among its own five, since among the pseudo-heterogeneous there are five kinds of fallacies, and it explains non-exclusion of the probandum first. '[Among pseudo-heterogeneous examples], non-exclusion of the probandum' is the restatement of the topic.
