言此中者，是簡持義。向標二量，且簡比量，持彰現量，故曰此中。言現量者，即正所持，欲明立量。

The words "in this context" mean setting aside and retaining. Having previously indicated the two pramāṇas, it temporarily sets aside anumāna and retains to highlight pratyakṣa; hence it says "in this context." The word "perception" (pratyakṣa) is precisely what is retained, intending to explain the established pramāṇa.
