3.59

論　似異法喻亦有五種：一所立不遣、二能立不遣、三俱不遣、四不離、五倒離。

The Treatise says: There are also five kinds of semblance of dissimilar example: 1. non-exclusion of the probandum (sādhyāvyāvṛtta); 2. non-exclusion of the means of proof (sādhanāvyāvṛtta); 3. non-exclusion of both (ubhayāvyāvṛtta); 4. absence of separation (avyatireka); 5. inverted separation (viparītavyatireka).
