3.66

以聲、勝論俱許極微體常住故，准釋能立無。此處應言，以諸極微常住性故，以互意存影略，故略無也。

Because both the Śābda and Vaiśeṣika accept that the entity of an atom is eternal. By analogy, this explains the absence of the means of proof. Here it should be stated: 'Because all atoms are of eternal nature'; because the implied reciprocal meaning is abbreviated, it is omitted.
