述曰：下釋成，初能立有、後所立無，此初也。以心、心法皆無礙故，文准於前。
The Commentary says: Below explains the establishment, first the presence of the means of proof, and second the absence of the probandum; this is the first. Because mind and mental factors are all immaterial, the text corresponds to the preceding.
