興福寺沙門齊順，敬發大願，書一切大小乘經律論章疏等。同寺覺詮依其勸誘，以維久安四年歲次八月四日寫了。
Śramaṇa Saishun of Kōfuku-ji reverently made a great vow to copy all Mahāyāna and Hīnayāna sūtras, vinayas, śāstras, chapters, and commentaries. Kakusen of the same temple, following his encouragement, completed the transcription on the fourth day of the eighth month of the year of Kyūan 4.
