問：若爾，何故毘曇我見非惑？釋：此之就欲界眾生，以我見故起修道行，故作此說，非是道理。

Question: If so, why in the Abhidharma is the view of self not considered an affliction? Explanation: This is said with respect to sentient beings of the desire realm who, on account of the view of self, give rise to the cultivation of path practices; therefore this statement was made, but it is not the genuine principle.
