所謂如來在世眾生利根，能說之人色心業勝，圓音一演異類等解，則不須論。
"That is to say, when the Tathāgata was in the world, sentient beings had sharp faculties, and the physical and mental actions of the speaker were superior; with a single delivery of the round sound, different kinds of beings attained equal understanding, and so a śāstra was not needed."
