二、亦以自力尋略經文而能解經意，故亦不須他論。此有義持無文持也。

Second, likewise relying on their own power, they search through brief sūtra passages and are able to understand the sūtras' intent, so they also do not need another's śāstra. These have the retention of meaning but lack the retention of text.
