此義云何？如凡夫人覺知前念起惡故，能止後念令其不起，雖復名覺，即是不覺故。

"What does this mean? It is like an ordinary person who, because he awakens to and knows that a preceding thought has given rise to unwholesomeness, is able to stop the subsequent thought and cause it not to arise; although this is also called awakening, it is just non-enlightenment."
