3.151

平等緣者，一切諸佛菩薩，皆願度脫一切眾生，自然熏習常恒不捨。以同體智力故，隨應見聞而現作業。

"Regarding equal conditions: all Buddhas and bodhisattvas all vow to deliver all sentient beings, naturally perfuming them constantly, eternally, and without abandoning them. Because of the power of the cognition of identical substance, according as [sentient beings] should see or hear them, they manifest their activities."
