謂十住已去諸菩薩等依三昧力，悉見諸佛身量平等，無有彼此分齊之相，故云平等見也。上來別明體用竟。

This means that bodhisattvas from the ten abodes onward, relying on the power of samādhi, all see the bodily dimensions of the Buddhas as equal, without marks of distinction or boundary between this and that; hence it says 'equally see'.
