○自下第二釋生滅門中所顯之義大，於中有二：初釋體相二大，後別解用大。前中亦二：初總標二大名，後別釋二大義。義中亦二：先明體大義。

From here below is the second [section], explaining the greatness of meaning revealed in the gate of arising and ceasing, in which there are two: first, explaining the two greatnesses of substance and mark; later, separately explaining the greatness of function. In the former there are also two: first, stating generally the names of the two greatnesses; later, explaining specifically the meanings of the two greatnesses. In the meanings there are also two: first, explaining the meaning of the greatness of substance.
