列名中，言人我見者，計有總相主宰，此是佛法內初學大乘人迷教妄起，非是外道等所起也。法我見者，計一切法各有體性。即二乘所起也。

In listing the names: regarding 'the view of a personal self,' this is positing an overarching ruler; this is falsely aroused by beginners in the Mahāyāna within the Buddha-Dharma who are confused about the teachings, not something aroused by non-Buddhists and the like. Regarding 'the view of a phenomenal self,' this is positing that all phenomena each possess an intrinsic nature; that is what is aroused by the two vehicles.
