對治中言依真如義說者，二之不二也。因生滅染義示等者，不二之二也。如上文云「以依業識生滅相示」等也。

In the remedy, the phrase "spoken relying on the meaning of tathatā" refers to the non-duality of the two. The phrase "revealed and taught based on the meaning of arising, ceasing, and defilement" refers to the duality of the non-dual. This is as the text above says: "Revealed by relying on the marks of arising and ceasing of the karmic consciousness," and so on.
