○法我見中亦三：初、起執之由；二、「以說不究竟」下，次顯其執相；三、「云何」下顯其對治。文相可見。

Under the view of a self of phenomena, there are also three parts: first, the cause of generating the attachment; second, from "Because the explanation was not exhaustive" onward, revealing the marks of that attachment; third, from "How [is this remedied]" onward, revealing its remedy. The structure of the text is clear.
