○第三明發心利益中有四：初、顯勝德；次、明微過；三、通權教；四、歎實行。

Third, in clarifying the benefits of generating the mind there are four parts: first, revealing superior virtues; next, clarifying subtle faults; third, reconciling the provisional teaching; fourth, praising true practice.
