謂前位信滿入解，今此行滿入向，更深發心，故知轉勝。
This means that in the previous rank, faith being complete, one entered into understanding; now, here, practice being complete, one enters into pariṇāmanā, arousing the mind still more deeply; therefore it is known to become progressively superior.
