○第二更重料揀中有三：初、辨上無明，約治斷料揀；二、釋上相應不相應義；三、舉上染心及無明，約境成二礙義。前中標釋。

Section 2, further and detailed discrimination, has three parts: first, distinguishing the avidyā above by discriminating it in terms of antidotes and eradication; second, explaining the meaning of 'conjoined' and 'unconjoined' above; third, adducing the defiled mind and avidyā above to establish the meaning of the two hindrances in relation to the objective realm. The first part contains the thesis and the explanation.
