○次、約三寶勝境以起信心。三寶中各有二：初、標所信之勝德；次、即起勝因以願求。文處可見。

Next, one generates faith with respect to the supreme object of the Three Jewels. Within each of the Three Jewels there are two aspects: first, indicating the supreme virtues in which one has faith; next, immediately generating the supreme cause so as to aspire and seek. This can be seen in the text.
