3.420

是故應當勇猛精勤，晝夜六時禮拜諸佛，誠心懺悔、勸請、隨喜、迴向菩提，當不休癈，得免諸障、善根增長故。

"Therefore, one should be courageous and diligent, bowing to all Buddhas during the six periods of the day and night, sincerely repenting, supplicating, rejoicing, and dedicating [merit] toward bodhi, never ceasing or abandoning it, so that one can be freed from all obstacles and increase wholesome roots."
