○止觀中有二：先寄問，次釋相。釋相中亦二：初略明，後廣說。略中三：先止，次觀，後雙順。

In calming and insight there are two parts: first, a question is introduced, and next, the marks are explained. In explaining the marks there are also two: first, a brief explanation, and afterward, a broad exposition. In the brief explanation there are three: first calming, next insight, and then conforming to both.
