○自下內自安心，明修止次第。於中有二：初約坐修止，後約餘威儀修止。前中二：先離倒境。

From here on, internally calming the mind clarifies the stages of cultivating calm. There are two parts within this: first, cultivating calm with respect to sitting; and second, cultivating calm with respect to the remaining deportments. The first has two: first, parting from contrary perceptual objects.
