第二對障中，初、修止者治於二過，謂正治凡夫人法二執貪樂世間，兼治二乘執五陰法見苦止怖。以止門無生，除此等執也。

In the second part, in relation to obstacles, first, cultivating calming remedies two faults: it directly remedies the two graspings at person and dharmas of ordinary persons and their greedy craving for the world; and it concomitantly remedies the two vehicles' grasping at the dharmas of the five aggregates, seeing suffering, and stopping out of fear. Because the gate of calming is unarisen, it eliminates these graspings.
