Section 2, the specific explanation, has three parts: first, explaining the above mind as arising and ceasing; second, from "Next, as for the conditions of arising and ceasing..." onward, explaining the above conditions of arising and ceasing; third, from "Next, as for the marks of arising and ceasing..." onward, explaining the above marks of arising and ceasing. The first part also has three: first, opening the categories and discerning the qualities; second, presenting questions and enumerating the names; third, relying on the names to discern and explain.
